This is a guide to help you create a file that is formated correctly for printing. Using programs like photoshop, indesign, and other graphics software, you can create a beautiful sign with any image you like. There are three basic steps to creating an image file for your wood sign:
Using the image creation software of your choice, create a workspace that is the right size and resoution for your sign.
Your image file should also be at least 100dpi resolution, but for accurate printing we recommend that you use between 120dpi and 300dpi.
Determine the size of your finished artwork and select a corresponding size and proportion from the drop down list when you order your wood print. |
Our pricing is based on the dimentions of your printed artwork. This is how we price our wood prints:
Long side (up to) 18", Short side (up to) 12" = $37
Long side (up to) 18", Short side (up to) 15.5" = $46
Long side (up to) 18", Short side (up to) 18" = $56
Long side (up to) 23.5", Short side (up to) 15.5" = $66
Long side (up to) 23.5", Short side (up to) 18" = $71
Long side (up to) 23.5", Short side (up to) 23.5" = $76
Selecting a size that does not correspond to your artwork proportions will hold up your order until we can resolve the issue. If your file does not match the size you have selected, our technician will contact you at the email address you give during checkout.
You should save your file as one of these graphic formats:.
jpg, .tiff, .psd, .pdf, .ai, or .eps.
